Prices

Prices on Quelper are set by creators and are shown before you pay. The price shown is the total you pay, including any taxes; nothing is added at checkout (Terms of Use, section B2). A membership plan bought on a creator’s profile page or blog, rather than in a community, is charged in US dollars, even if the plan shows its price in another currency: Stripe’s payment page shows the exact amount and currency before you pay, and the amount on that page is the price you pay.

Content published by users

Quelper hosts content that creators and members publish. We are not responsible for it unless we know it is illegal and do not act quickly to remove it (article 16 LSSI; Article 6 of the EU Digital Services Act). To report content you believe is illegal or that breaks our rules, use the procedure in section A5 of our Terms of Use; for copyright, section A8. How we decide and how to challenge a decision is in section A6. This does not affect our responsibility as the seller of memberships, courses and digital products, or for the payment and our guarantees on everything bought through Quelper (Terms of Use, sections A2, B6 and B7).

Consumer complaints and disputes

Write to s.alekhin@quelper.com; how we handle complaints is in section A15 of our Terms of Use. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact your local consumer office — in Spain, your town’s consumer information office (OMIC) or your region’s consumer authority — or, for a complaint across borders within Europe, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). We are not currently a member of Spain’s Consumer Arbitration System (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or of any other dispute resolution scheme. The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, to which this page used to link, was closed on 20 July 2025.
